Responsibilities:
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsults with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEducate customers on safe tanning practices and retail itemsMaintain a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of ageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in retail/customer service environmentMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsSalary:
$29 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
